This week on What’s For Dinner? we are sharing some quick and easy beef and lamb recipes for summer. Why not try our beef schnitzel, kebabs and school lunches this weekend? We are also very excited to announce our amazing 2020 Beef & Lamb Ambassador chefs.
Tender beef, crunchy panko crumbs, and melted cheese
Beef schnitzel is one of our all-time favourites, and for good reason. It's on the table in 30 minutes or less, it's delicious as well as nutritious and when served with potato & kūmara mash and Asian slaw, this meal gives you 5 serves of vegetables of your 5+ a day.
Cooking tip: Add 1 teaspoon of chopped thyme to the crumb mixture for extra flavour. Click here for our Cheesy crumbed schnitzel recipe.
