Indian curry by Ambassador Chef Tejas

With their tantalising spices and complex flavours, curries are enjoyed the world over. Our Ambassador Chef Tejas Nikam of Vices and Virtues in Christchurch has created this delicious Southern India style curry using beef in coconut curry, flavoured with green chilli, curry leaves and turmeric.

Cooking tips: Turmeric is a natural way to help boost the immune system. Tejas likes to serve this curry with a pea pilaf rice.

Freezer-friendly recipes

Cooking meals in advance and keeping them in the freezer is a great way to quickly serve nutritious and healthy food when you have less time on your hands. We have a wealth of recipes with tasty New Zealand beef and lamb which lend themselves perfectly to freezing, so you can spend more of your time with your family or doing things you love.
