It's packed full of veges like tomato, mushroom, courgette, and spinach, and the addition of ciabatta crumb adds a delicious texture that elevates the meal.

Every year our best butchers and butcher apprentices are put to the test through a competitive butchery competition, the Alto Butcher and ANZCO Foods Butcher Apprentice of the Year. 2019 saw Greg Egerton from Countdown Dunedin Central win the title and Cherise Redden from Countdown Meat & Seafood crowned Butcher Apprentice.
